Munich (AP) - Former national soccer player Jürgen Kohler has criticized the defensive performance of FC Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain in the quarter-final first leg of the Champions League.
"Munich can win at PSG with two goals difference - but not if they make so many simple mistakes," wrote the 1990 world champion in a column for the "kicker" (Thursday) after the defending champion's 2-3 defeat.
"What both lines of defense showed in this game was a disaster, it had nothing to do with international class," wrote Kohler.
