  The core observation proposal refers to the observation proposal submitted by the core scientific group of the "eyes of wisdom", which is submitted by the core scientific working groups after discussion and determination within the group.

Proposals that involve scanning and observation of the galactic plane are core observation proposals, and are not open as guest proposals for the time being.

  Guest observation proposals refer to applications for observation proposals that are made in response to the notice of the "Huiyan" satellite soliciting guest observation proposals and do not overlap with the core scientific objectives of the "Huiyan" satellite.

Guest observations are open to the world, not limited to countries, and there is no prior time allocation.

Members of the core science team can submit observation proposals in their own name, and the proposal will be reviewed and implemented in accordance with the guest observation proposal.

  The fourth round of observation proposal collection for the "Smart Eye" satellite started at 0:00 on April 1st, Beijing time, and ended at 24:00 on April 30th.
