According to the agency, "the Biden administration has completed an intelligence survey of alleged malicious acts by Russia," including alleged election interference and a "hacker attack" against SolarWinds.

"The United States is preparing to take retaliatory measures," the text says.

According to the agency, "possible actions could include the expulsion of Russian intelligence officers" who may allegedly be in the United States "under diplomatic cover."

The agency reports that Washington may hold closed consultations with Moscow, at which the American side is supposed to provide data on "further actions that the United States will be ready to take."

Earlier, the American special services said that Russia may be involved in the December cyber attacks, in particular, those affecting US government structures.
