Munich (dpa / lby) - Bavaria is standardizing the corona rules for retail: For DIY stores and garden centers, garden centers, flower shops and bookstores, the same rules will apply in the future as for all other retail stores apart from daily needs, including the incidence limits for Openings.
That said Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) on Wednesday after a cabinet meeting in Munich.
Openings are therefore only permitted for all these shops under the same conditions as apply to the rest of the retail trade.
Specifically, as before or as already announced, the following applies: In regions with a seven-day incidence below 50, all shops are allowed to open.
With an incidence value between 50 and 100, appointment shopping offers are possible with prior appointment.
With values between 100 and 200, such “Click & Meet” offers are allowed, but the condition is a current negative Corona test.
