Two police officers were injured on Sunday during the arrest of a young man at the Jeanne-Bernard home, in Saint-Herblain, which houses refugee minors.

The police had been asked to facilitate the temporary exclusion of a Moroccan who had just committed damage to a bungalow at the home.

The young man, who claimed to be 16, did not intend to let it go and kicked an official in the abdomen, followed by a head butt.

He struggled and gave more blows until he was transferred, handcuffed, to the vehicle.

An investigator was also insulted.

He is appearing today

The first injured policeman is subject to four days of total incapacity for work (ITT), police report.

The second, touched by hand, from an ITT day.

The young man, already known to the police, was finally identified by DNA analysis.

He is not a minor.

He should be tried this Wednesday, by the criminal court, as part of the procedure for the immediate appearance.
