They don't want the Future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

For several days, throughout France, farmers have been mobilizing against the national variation of decisions taken at European level.

This Thursday, at the call of their main union, the FDSEA 31, as well as the Young Farmers of Haute-Garonne, they decided to converge in the morning towards Toulouse.

Coming from all over the department, they meet at various sites between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m., whether in Capens, Villefranche de Lauragais, Cornebarrieu, Pibrac, Verfeil and Auterive.

Afterwards, they will converge, passing through the Toulouse ring road, towards the prefecture of Toulouse, in the Saint-Etienne district.

Despite the confinement, traffic may therefore be complicated this Thursday morning on the outskirts of the Pink City.

"This is a warning shot for the government to review its copy on the development of the CAP 2023 which currently risks reducing our aid from 50 to 80 euros per hectare", warn the two unions agricultural.
