Rouhani called the condition for the participation of the United States in the negotiations on the nuclear deal

At the same time, he added that after the meeting on the JCPOA in Vienna, a new stage began in international relations and in the history of the nuclear deal. 

Earlier, Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that Iran is not going to conduct direct negotiations with US representatives on the implementation of the nuclear deal.
