After learning that Jia had a willingness to recycle, Yang used his consumption points to exchange two bottles of Moutai, and sold Moutai to Jia at a price of 3,600 yuan.
After discovering that Jia had a large purchase demand for Moutai, Yang lied that he could snap up genuine Moutai through the plug-in software on the official website of Moutai Group, but he needed to pay an order fee in advance.
From June to July 2020, Jia has transferred more than 1.8 million yuan to Yang to order Moutai.
In the meantime, in order to dispel Jia's concerns, Yang used PS technology to fake logistics screenshots and sent it to Jia, and opened a WeChat account, pretending to be an employee of Moutai Group to communicate with Jia, falsely claiming that the order was piled up, the delivery time was long, and the shipment was shipped. After defrauding a huge sum of money, he packaged himself as a "rich second generation" and took the train from Haian to Changsha to meet with his online dating girlfriend, and falsely claimed that he ran a medical device company at home.

In order to hide his whereabouts, Yang used his girlfriend's ID card to register while staying, and then rented an apartment in Changsha in the name of a netizen.
In August 2020, Jia saw that the order payment had been delivered for more than one month, but he still had not received Moutai, so he asked Yang.
Yang first pretended to be an employee of Moutai Group, stabilizing Jia on the grounds of "large orders, late delivery", and then falsely claimed that the order amount was large, and Moutai Distillery had not passed the review and was willing to refund the money to Jia, but he needed Jia I personally go to Guizhou to refund.

On October 21, 2020, investigators from the Hai'an Public Security Bureau went to Yang's apartment rented in Changsha for arrest.
