Juventus regained the victories they had missed in the past two rounds, with a difficult 2-1 victory at home to Napoli, and Inter Milan overcame one of the important obstacles in their journey towards regaining the Italian football league title, with a precious 2-1 victory at home to Sassuolo today, Wednesday.

In a postponed meeting in the third round of the tournament, Juventus escaped the trap of its guest Napoli, and snatched a difficult 2-1 victory over him, to avenge his loss 0-1 against the Italian southern team last February.

Juventus opened the scoring early with its Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo in the 13th minute, and then his Argentine teammate (substitute) Paulo Dybala added the second goal in the 67th minute.

Inter scored through its Belgian star Romelu Lukaku in the tenth minute, before his Argentine teammate Lautaro Martinez added the second goal in the 67th minute, while the Ivorian Hamid Junior Traore ensured that Sassuolo scored the only goal in the 85th minute.

Inter are hoping to regain the championship, which has been absent from its coffers since the 2009-2010 season.
