Following the latest announcements from the State concerning travel, schools and shops, Semitan has decided, in agreement with Nantes Métropole, to adapt its transport offer.

Since Tuesday, and until further notice, the trams and buses will run on the rhythm of the "yellow day".

A level of service that is usually found during the summer holidays and which represents around 70% of the “blue days” offer in the commercial calendar.

In short: the passage frequencies are reduced.

For example, on line 1, the busiest, it takes, at best, a tram every four minutes.

On line 3, it is more a passage every six to seven minutes.

The service applied on Saturday will be that of the "purple day".

As for Sunday, it is the usual “white day”.

And the end of service?

The end of service, which had already been lowered in recent months, remains at 12:30 am for the tram lines and line 4, and at 10:30 pm for the chronobus lines and line 5. “We wanted to maintain a level of service and working hours that allow employees from all economic and health sectors to continue to work and to travel by public transport.

We will re-evaluate the transport offer according to needs in consultation with Nantes Métropole ”, explains Olivier Le Grontec, director of Semitan.

As a reminder, wearing a mask is compulsory from 11 years old for travelers.

Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are on board vehicles or on the platforms of the most frequented stations.
