“House arrest was changed to prohibit certain actions of Lyubov Sobol, Oleg Navalny, Lyudmila Stein and Konstantin Yankauskas,” he said.

According to the investigation, in connection with the appeals of the accused, people, including patients with coronavirus infection COVID-19, attended an uncoordinated rally on January 23 and "created a threat of mass disease."

The accused are charged with incitement to violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules (part 4 of article 33 and part 1 of article 236 of the Criminal Code of Russia).

Most of the defendants were placed under house arrest. 

On January 22, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow imposed an administrative fine on Sobol in the amount of 250 thousand rubles in connection with her calls to participate in an unauthorized rally on January 23.
