Mainz (AP) - FSV Mainz 05 has to do without Luca Kilian for a long time in the relegation battle of the Bundesliga.
The central defender is out due to a muscle injury in his left thigh, as the club announced on Wednesday after detailed investigations.
According to the club, Kilian will not be available for four to six weeks.
The 21-year-old suffered the injury in the regional league game of the second team against TSV Schott Mainz on Easter Sunday.
