The IT Directorate added that, according to available information, this restriction affects all Russian organizations with state participation, including other universities.
At the same time, individuals can freely buy licenses.
At the same time, TASS notes that the head office of Zoom Video Communications in the United States is clarifying data on the suspension of sales of the service to Russian government agencies.
"It appears that [this information] is based on a report from one of the partner sales agencies," said a spokesperson for the company.
The company added that they would be ready to voice any conclusions only after conducting their own verification.
