April 06, 2021The United States is considering a coordinated boycott with allies of the Beijing Winter Olympics scheduled for February 4 to 20, 2022. State Department spokesman Ned Price said.

The boycott "is something we certainly want to discuss," Price replied to reporters who asked him if the United States would participate in the Olympic Games in Beijing but specifying that a decision has not yet been made.

"A coordinated approach would be not only in our interest but also in that of our allies and partners", pointed out Price, in line with what is the strategy outlined by President Biden which aims to build "a western wall" against the State of Dragon.
