“We will only open fire if there is a threat to our troops on the ground or if they are attacked,” Kuleba said in an interview with the Liberation newspaper.

According to him, Kiev is not aimed at escalation and remains committed to a political and diplomatic settlement.

He added that the Ukrainian side is satisfied with the comprehensive ceasefire, which entered into force on July 27, 2020.

Earlier, Dmitry Kuleba and OSCE Chairman Anne Linde discussed security issues in Donbass and Crimea.
