Courts: The Prosecutor's Office appeals the third degree of the independence prisoners
The Court of Penitentiary Surveillance 1 of Barcelona has revoked the third degree granted by the Generalitat to Carme Forcadell and Dolors Bassa, as requested by the Prosecutor's Office.
The former president of the Parliament and the former counselor of the Catalan Government chaired by Carles Puigdemont were the only pro-independence leaders condemned by the Supreme Court who still had the semi-release regime, since in March the Justice overthrew Oriol Junqueras' third prison degree, Joaquim Forn, Raül Romeva, Josep Rull, Jordi Turull, Jordi Sànchez and Jordi Cuixart.
