Kiel (dpa / lno) - The seven-day incidence in Schleswig-Holstein fell slightly to 66.5 on Easter Monday.

On Easter Sunday it was still 67.6.

This is based on data from the Ministry of Health in Kiel (as of April 5, 8:10 p.m.).

A week ago, the number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days was 69.6.

One district in Schleswig-Holstein exceeded the mark of 100 new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants and week: Segeberg (125.2).

In Pinneberg the value was slightly below the mark - at 97.4.

The number of reported new corona infections was 171 (Sunday: 162).

On Monday last week there were 188. The number of corona deaths rose by 2 cases to 1,443.

The corona numbers over Easter should be interpreted with caution.

The Robert Koch Institute points out that fewer tests are usually made and reported on the Easter holidays.

201 corona patients were treated in the hospital, 53 of them in intensive care (Sunday: 54).

34 were ventilated (Sunday: 36).
