.
And it has several new features: Kandia Camara is thus appointed to Foreign Affairs, replacing Ally Coulibaly.
Another Minister of State, that of Defense, Téné Birahima Ouattara, the president's brother, who is confirmed in this post, where he had been acting for a month, shortly before
the death of Hamed Bakayoko
.
Third Minister of State, the Minister of Agriculture, Kouassi Adjoumani, who retains his chair.
No change also to Justice or to the Interior or even to Waters and Forests.
On the other hand, Mariatou Koné replaces Kandia Camara at National Education.
Eugène Aka Aouélé, the Minister of Health, gives way to Pierre Dimba, former boss of Agéroute.
Eugène Aka Aouélé is for his part appointed president of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council.
Thomas Camara, former director of the Ivorian refining company, is appointed to the Petroleum portfolio.
It is a rejuvenated government and less bloated than the previous one, since it has 37 ministers, against 41 previously.
The number of secretaries of state has dropped from seven to four now.
