Frankenthal (dpa / lrs) - In view of the falling number of corona cases, Frankenthal is lifting its nightly exit restrictions from this Wednesday on.

The city was on Tuesday eight days in a row below a seven-day incidence of 100 per 100,000 inhabitants, as the Palatinate municipality announced.

In addition, there are partial openings in trade, services, sport, leisure and culture as well as easing of the contact restrictions.

The schools in Frankenthal will return to alternating classes from the fifth grade on Monday (April 12th).

According to the information, the mask requirement in the city center still applies.
