The documentary "Persona non grata" is about the comedian Soran Ismail who during the Metoo autumn was accused of sexual crimes against several women.

Soran Ismail has always denied any wrongdoing and the documentary describes how the accusations affected the comedian's life.

"Deficiencies in the publisher analysis"

The publication has received criticism both on cultural pages and from the lawyer Elisabeth Massi Fritz.

In Tuesday's Aktuellt, Vecko - revue's editor-in-chief Irena Pozar also criticized the documentary.

- The main problem is how the at least three plaintiffs are affected by this publication.

I think there are shortcomings in the publisher analysis, more parties must be taken into account.

Defends the documentary

Sofia Dahlström, program manager and responsible publisher at SVT, defended the decision to broadcast.

- I can understand the objection, it would have been relevant if we had tried to investigate the debt issue, but it is not the debt issue that this program is about, she says.

Irena Pozar called it a "bad defense".

- SVT can say it as much as it wants, but the fact remains that a registered person sits for an hour and talks about everything he has not done.

Sofia Dahlström emphasized that it was a difficult publication.

- But I think it is publicistically relevant to portray the limbo that arises again and again, when the legal system can not lead the cases to trial and thus an end point for everyone involved.
