Permanent Representative of Russia announced Iran's unpreparedness for direct contacts with the United States

“There will be no direct contacts at all between Iran and representatives of the United States.

The Iranians, having suffered from the sanctions, are not ready for direct communication, at least at this stage, ”Ulyanov said. 

Earlier, the US State Department confirmed that the American delegation will take part in the meeting on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on Iran's Nuclear Program, which will be held in Vienna on April 6.
