Celle (dpa / lni) - Two weeks after the disappearance of a 16-year-old from Celle, the police asked the public for help.
According to previous findings, the investigators assumed that the young person had become the victim of a crime, the police said on Monday.
The girl named Isabell, nicknamed Isi, left her parents' house unnoticed on the morning of March 22nd.
Since then there has been no more sign of life.
The young person did not take any keys, wallet or cell phone with her.
Therefore, the police assume that they only wanted to briefly meet someone near the house.
The investigation did not provide any reason to believe that Isabella was trying to run away.
Potential witnesses were asked to report observations.
The special commission also looked for contacts between the young people in chat groups and social networks.
