"As we all know, the Yellow Emperor is the'Humanistic ancestor' of the Chinese nation. Visiting the Yellow Emperor's Mausoleum not only expresses the Chinese people's will to pursue the long-term cautiously, but also the embodiment of Chinese traditional culture and values." said Chen Yiting, president of the Fuzhou Taiwanese Investment Enterprise Association.

The Xin Chou (2021) Qingming Gong Memorial Ceremony for Xuanyuan Huangdi was held on the 4th in Huangling County, Shaanxi.

Chinese children from all over the world gathered here to pay homage to the "first ancestor of humanities" Xuanyuan Huangdi of the Chinese nation.

Chen Yiting was born in Taipei and followed his father to Fuzhou to start a business in 1997.

At present, his company employs more than 300 people, and his products are exported to European Union, Middle East, South America and other places.

This is the second time he has participated in the Qingming Gong Festival Xuanyuan Huangdi Ceremony.

"The two sides of the Taiwan Strait are a family. Blood is thicker than water. We have the same language, ancestors, blood, and customs." Chen Yiting said that his three children are currently studying in the mainland. As a father, he is cherishing the memory of his ancestors. At the same time, I also hope that young people on both sides of the strait can deepen their understanding of traditional culture by offering sacrifices to Xuanyuan Huangdi, and realize that they are the descendants of Yanhuang and Huangdi and have honor.

The Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor is called "the first mausoleum of China".

Sacrificing to the Yellow Emperor has a long history. In 110 BC, Emperor Wu of the Han led an army to worship the Huangdi Mausoleum; there are historical records of sacrifices, repairs, and protection of the Huangdi Mausoleum in the Tang, Song, and Yuan dynasties; the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped the Huangdi Mausoleum in Qiaoshan. National political system.

As a Taiwanese "post-80s", Chen Yuhuan participated in the Xuanyuan Huangdi ceremony for the first time. He admitted that his previous knowledge of the Huangdi culture only came from TV, the Internet, books, and even some myths.

"When I came to the Huangdi Mausoleum, I felt that it seemed to be a journey of thousands of years. Now I have returned to a starting point. The Huangdi is the root of all the descendants of Yanhuang and Huangdi. This is a very strong emotion." Chen Yuhuan said.

Over the years, there have been more than a million people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas Chinese who have come to worship the Huangdi Mausoleum.

Taiwanese celebrities such as Lien Chan, Wu Boxiong, James Soong, Yu Muming, Jiang Xiaoyan, and Hong Xiuzhu have all led delegations to the Huangdi Mausoleum to worship their ancestors.

For Jiang Peiqi, the vice chairman of the Taiwan Women Entrepreneurs Association, when asked about her feelings of worshipping the Huangdi Mausoleum for the first time, she said: "Although she has never seen the beauty of the Yangtze River, she often wanders in the water in her dreams. Surging in a dream."

"My ancestral home is Lianjiang County, Fuzhou. In Taiwan, our family always eats very traditional Fuzhou cuisine at gatherings. I have heard my father talk a lot about my hometown since I was a child. When I came to the mainland, I saw the scenery here and ate it. The dishes here always remember what my father said." Jiang Peiqi said frankly that if a person does not have a "root", it is like a piece of duckweed.

During the years when she returned to the mainland, she felt more and more to find her "root".

"I was born in Taiwan, but I often call myself "Lian Jiang's daughter". Where there is "root", there will be a sense of identity and cohesion." Jiang Peiqi said.

The lofty Qiaoshan, Yangyang Jushui, and Huangdi Mausoleum carry the historical memory of the Chinese nation and the national sentiments of the Chinese people at home and abroad.

Just as Huangdi’s hand-planting cypress has gone through the vicissitudes of life and is not old, just as the incense in front of the temple of the first ancestor of humanities is inherited.
