"By order of the Russian government ... foreign students, graduate students, residents, students of preparatory faculties from Venezuela, Germany, Syria, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka can return to Russia to continue their studies," the order says.
As noted, citizens of only those countries recommended by Rospotrebnadzor as a country with a safe epidemiological situation will be able to enter Russia for training.
At the moment, students from 31 countries are allowed to enter Russia.
Earlier, the Ministry of Education and Science reported that foreign students from a number of epidemiologically prosperous countries are allowed to enter Russia to continue their studies at universities.
Rospotrebnadzor clarified that foreign students studying at Russian universities can be admitted to face-to-face studies after receiving two negative tests for coronavirus infection COVID-19 by PCR.
