Mohammed bin Zayed receives the US Presidential Envoy for Climate Affairs

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, today received at the Shati Palace the US Presidential Envoy for Climate Change, John Kerry, who is visiting the country to participate in the "Regional Climate Change Dialogue Conference" hosted by the UAE.

During the meeting, His Highness and John Kerry discussed the possibilities of developing cooperation between the UAE and the United States in various fields related to preserving the environment, confronting climate changes and limiting their negative impacts on environmental and economic systems, stressing in this context the importance of concerted efforts and joint international work with relevant international organizations to accelerate Finding smart and sustainable solutions to reduce the impacts of climate change on societies and help countries achieve their climate goals and ensure a more sustainable future for humankind.
