His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, received at His Highness’s palace in Zabeel yesterday evening, the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
