At first it is bright in the south, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Sunday in Offenbach.
During the day, heavy rain falls, and snow in the mountains.
Short thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon.
The DWD also warns of ice and stormy gusts.
It doesn't get warmer than four to nine degrees.
On Tuesday night it can snow in the lower areas.
Temperatures drop to one to minus three degrees, and it can get slippery on the streets.
The weather continues with unstable April weather: rain, snow and sleet showers as well as individual thunderstorms and the risk of ice is the weather program for Tuesday.
The maximum values are between four and seven degrees, in the higher mountains around one degree.
