The pre-voting rate of the 4·7 re-election held over two days in 21 electoral districts and 722 polling places nationwide exceeded 20%.

It was an all-time re-election high, but both parties interpreted it in their own favor.

The pre-voting rate across the country for the 4/7 re-election was 20.54%.

This figure is 0.4 percentage points higher than the 20.14% pre-voting rate for the 6/13 local elections held in 2018, and the highest pre-voting rate for the re-election in history.

The pre-voting rates of Seoul and Busan, which are considered to be the winners, were 21.95% and 18.65%, respectively.

In particular, the turnout in Seoul rose 2.85 percentage points from three years ago.

It is a variable that the re-election day on the 7th is a weekday unlike the previous general and local elections. The NEC official said that it can be seen.

The opposition parties were encouraged by interpreting the increased pre-voting rates to their advantage.

Vote and we win, folks.

It's because if you vote, you win.]

Oh/People's Power Candidate of Seoul Mayor: I think that a lot of people come out to put a warning message through this vote for what they have done wrong so far.]

The crossroads of the game was set at 50% of the total turnout.

The Democratic Party interpreted that if the total turnout exceeded 50%, it was a sign that the core supporters of the Democratic Party would gather, while the people's power insisted that "the standard for passing over the core support votes of the Democratic Party is 50% and should be defended."
