The pre-voting rate for the 4·7 re-election reached a record high of 20.54%.



In the pre-voting held yesterday (2nd) 6am to 3rd 6pm, out of 1216,624 electors, 2.57,959 voted were counted.



The Seoul Mayor's election was attended by 18,499,324 people, with 21.95%, and the Busan Mayor's election, with 54,7499 people, recording 18.65% turnout, respectively.



The previous re-election pre-voting rate was 19.40% of the 2014 October 29 re-election rate, which is 1.14 percentage points higher than this, and is higher than the 2018 local election pre-voting rate of 20.14%.




If this trend continues, the final turnout is expected to increase.



The final turnout for local elections in 2018 was 60.2%.



Both the opposition parties are interpreting the high pre-voting rate will work in their favor.



The Democratic Party expressed anticipation for seeing that the'Shai Progress', which was not caught in the polls, was gathering, and the people's power interprets the voters who were angry with the government and the ruling party to vote in advance.
