Amid a series of hate crimes targeting Asians in the United States, a Korean couple was assaulted by teens in Tacoma, Washington in November of last year.

CNN reported that the Tacoma police arrested a 15-year-old boy for assaulting an Asian couple and handed it over to trial on charges of second-degree assault.

The incident took place on November 19 last year.

It was reported at the time, but it seems that the suspect was arrested in about four months as a video of the incident was recently posted on social media.

In the video, you can see a man in a red top and black pants running at an Asian couple walking down the street and punching.

The woman who appears to be a wife shouts'don't' or'help me', while another youth is watching it from the side.

In another video, the man appears to have been beaten or pushed while the perpetrator is swearing at a male victim.

The couple said they were of Korean descent and that the victim man at the time had several teenagers shoving him down to the ground and punching him.

He also revealed that the assault had broken his ribs and bruised his face.

The police received a report of the incident at the time, but it was determined that they did not know whether the video was the same as the reported incident.

The man, the victim of the incident, said in a recent local broadcaster and interview that he forgives the perpetrators, but he wants the case of violence against Asians to be properly investigated.
