When it became known that the woman, who had been missing since the night before Tuesday, was dead, people gathered in various places in Höör.

Many came to the memorial site that friends and acquaintances of hers created at Tjursjön.

The municipality chose to activate its crisis support group and in the all-activity house Älvkullen in Höör, there were staff on Wednesday and Thursday who take care of those who want to talk and get comfort.

- This is something we did not think would happen in Höör.

We are a very safe municipality, says Johan Svahnberg (M), municipal councilor in Höör.

More visible police

In recent days, police have been visible over large parts of the resort.

But the municipal council would like to have more police officers permanently in Höör.

There is a police station in the resort but it is only open six hours a day a week.

- I think there should be many more police officers.

It must be possible to get out on initiatives much faster, says Johan Svahnberg.

He believes that Höör is basically a very safe municipality.

- But I think we all feel that it becomes more insecure after this event.
