Joacim Lindgren is convicted, among other things, of paying with the bank's money for several dinners, golf equipment, shoes, an entrance to a spa and exclusive candles.
He has also requested compensation for expenses of SEK 50,000 that he made in connection with a golf trip in Miami, without being entitled to it.
Free from other scams
He was also suspected of a few more cases of fraud from which he has now been acquitted.
This includes a hotel stay in Stockholm, where the district court considers that he was able to prove that he worked in connection with the hotel stay.
No need to pay a fine
Joacim Lindgren was also suspected of infidelity against the principal, but there he was acquitted by the district court.
Since he has not been punished before, the district court thinks that a suspended sentence is enough.
And since the trial process has been unusually long due to the corona pandemic, the district court considers that there are special reasons for Lindgren to avoid paying daily fines.
