March 31, 2021 The issues of the Sputnik vaccine, the Russian opponent Navalny, Ukraine, Belarus, Libya and Iran were addressed yesterday in a video conference between Russian President Putin, French President Macron and German Chancellor Merkel.

The news is made known by the Elysée and the Kremlin.

The Kremlin assumes "joint deliveries and production" of Sputnik in EU countries.

Germany and France are calling for compliance with the European Convention for Human Rights.

The Russian Presidency claims to have provided "objective clarifications" on the case.
