Monday, during a gendarmerie check south of Nantes, the soldiers had a hunch when they saw a vehicle.
They pass it on to the file of stolen cars… and there, they realize that the vehicle was stolen in Nantes on Sunday.
At the sight of the gendarmes, the driver accelerates to flee and collides with a car of the Bouguenais gendarmerie brigade, before continuing his journey.
The gendarmerie surveillance and intervention platoon (PSIG) comes to lend a hand to the first gendarmes to catch up and arrest in Port-Saint-Père… three teenagers, aged 14 to 17, aboard the stolen car.
Already known to the services, they were placed in police custody at the Machecoul-Saint-Even gendarmerie for receiving a stolen vehicle, driving without a license and also refusing to comply.
