Pierre Ménès suspended from the Canal Football Club, on Canal +.

Suspended until further notice.

This is what the channel announced on Tuesday.

It will therefore not be on the air next Sunday, despite the strong apologies of Pierre Ménès, this Monday, on Twitter.

The star columnist had said his regrets, he who is accused of sexist behavior and sexual abuse, after the broadcast of a documentary “I am not a slut” on Canal +.

Documentary which denounces sexism in the field of sports journalism and of which certain sequences, in particular those with Pierre Ménès, had been cut by the channel and therefore not broadcast.

An anniversary, that of the weekly “Le 1” which is seven years old.

“Le 1” is a subject, treated on a large sheet (sheet A1), folded several times.

An atypical format, which evolves and intelligent and interesting editorial choices.

And it all pays off: sales are on the rise.

The results are therefore very positive according to its creator, Eric Fottorino.

And as you shouldn't fall asleep on your laurels, “Le 1” is evolving on the occasion of this 7th anniversary.

“A grooming”, says Eric Fottorino.

Name change, “Le 1” becomes “Le 1 hebdo”.

Enlargement of the logo, on the first page.

More space given to illustrations in front page and a major development: in the inside pages, once the newspaper is unfolded - a poster.

A mixture of infographics and images, designed like a large encyclopedia board.

Eric Fottorino, creator of 1. The weekly which increases its price for the first time.

Ten cents more.

It goes from € 2.80 to € 2.90.

The subject this week is global warming and this question: which France in 2050?

Patrick Sébastien back on television

Back a little over two years after leaving France Télévisions, Patric Sébastien arrives on C8 every Saturday evening, as a bonus for “Samedi Sébastien”.

Reruns of his old shows broadcast on the public service: “Le Plus Grand Cabaret du Monde” and “Les Annees Bonheur”.

Updated versions, to cut all the passages where the guests were promoting themselves.

Passages now obsolete.

First evening with Patrick Sébastien on C8 in a little over two weeks, April 16.
