Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - Shortly before slight relaxation of the corona rules for visits to Hessian old people's and nursing homes, almost all residents have been vaccinated against the corona virus at least once.
Of the 57 214 residents of the retirement and nursing homes (as of December 31, 2019), more than 98 percent had their first vaccination and almost 73 percent received the second vaccination (as of March 30), the Ministry of Social Affairs in Wiesbaden announced.
The number of visits will be expanded to two people per day from April.
So far, the rule has been: The residents can be visited twice a week by up to two people.
