March 30, 2021 The vaccination obligation could be extended to all staff working in health facilities, therefore not only doctors but also nurses, social and health workers, employees of RSA and private practices.

This is the hypothesis that is emerging in these hours and on which the legislative offices of various ministries would be working to bring it into discussion tomorrow in the Council of Ministers, included in the Covid Decree.

As for the sanctions for those who refuse vaccination, the hypothesis is that of the suspension of the salary for a time appropriate to the progress of the pandemic: in the event of mass vaccination or a significant decrease in the spread of the virus, the sanction would be revoked.

Still according to the rumors that emerge in these hours, in the Covid decree law, which will be tomorrow afternoon in the CDM, an automatism will be inserted according to which, under a certain threshold, between 15 and 20 April, will provide for a relaxation of the measures anti-contagion, in relation to a possible improvement of the data.

According to what is explained, it is not a question of the return of the yellow zone, rather of a green light for the opening of bars and restaurants for lunch and possibly also of the resumption of the activities of theaters and cinemas.

The ordinance that imposes the quarantine for those traveling abroad during the Easter holidays, was agreed by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, with the Prime Minister.

The rationale of the measure is to act as a deterrent now that the contagion containment measures remain very strict.

The decree containing the restrictions for the period after Easter, which will be examined by the Council of Ministers tomorrow afternoon, should also include a rule that prohibits regional governors from closing schools until the sixth grade, regardless from the color band in which their Region will be inserted, from time to time, based on epidemiological data.
