Hagen (dpa / lnw) - After the alleged rape of a young woman in Hagen, two boys aged 13 and 14 are under suspicion.
The Hagen police announced on Monday that an arrest warrant had been issued against the 14-year-old, he was in custody.
The 13-year-old had been handed over to the youth welfare office because he was not yet of criminal age.
The 21-year-old was presumably raped in a parking garage at Hagen Central Station on Friday afternoon, the message said.
The exact process is still being determined.
For the time being, the police did not provide any further information with reference to the age of the suspects.
