On Thursday, the Swedish Public Health Agency approved the vaccine from Astra Zeneca for use on people over the age of 65, which has enabled the Blekinge Region to increase the vaccination rate again.
Given the vaccine shortage, the region's vaccine coordinator is relieved that one of the varieties can now be used again.
