After that, Gladkov said that “he was in the city, walked along the central streets,” as well as along the outskirts of the city.
“I have not found any traces of the wonderful work that you have just reported.
The city is littered, the trash cans are overflowing in the park, ”he said.
He recommended Golikov to temporarily live in the city center and pay attention to the cleanliness of the streets.
The Acting Governor also noted that attention should be paid to the working conditions of the landscaping workers and to the condition of tools that break "when they are first picked up", including rakes and shovels.
“Your subordinates say that it was all bought at the end of the auction,” added Gladkov.
