Video clips showed the arrival of the ship "Ever Given" to the Bitter Lakes in the Suez Canal, after the success of its floatation, which occupied the world during the past days.

Shipping sites said that the ship, which has been stuck in the course of the Suez Canal since last Tuesday, reached the Great Lake of Marra, about 3 hours after it was floated.

The ship crossed the Suez Canal after the efforts to float it succeeded this afternoon, Monday, after a week of running aground in the width of the canal and disrupting the navigation movement in the international shipping lane, which led to the bleeding of billions of dollars in losses.

The Panamanian ship "Evergiven" is expected to head to the Dutch city of Rotterdam, and marine navigation sites are expected to arrive at its destination on March 31.

This afternoon, Monday afternoon, the operation of the delinquent ship floated a week ago in the Suez Canal, and navigation movement resumed in the international shipping lane.

The head of the Suez Canal Authority, Osama Rabie, announced in a statement, "The resumption of navigation traffic in the Suez Canal after the authority's success in its capabilities in rescuing and floating the container ship Evergiven," while the company operating the ship confirmed the success of its floatation in the Suez Canal.

About 30% of the world's shipping containers pass daily through the 193 km long Suez Canal, and about 12% of the total global trade of all goods.
