    The Regions: certainties on vaccines

March 29, 2021 "Given the numbers of the growing contagion and the fact that Easter will still be in the red zone, in order to avoid the exodus on our territory and also the movements from our cities to those areas affected by the virus that are second-rate places homes, I asked the offices to prepare an ordinance that prohibits going to second homes, whether they are for people coming from outside the region or for renting people residing in Liguria ".

This was announced at a press conference by President Giovanni Toti.

The provision will be valid from Wednesday 31 March, the beginning of the Easter holidays, up to and including 5 April.

The same measure will apply to boats and fixed structures within campsites (bungalows, caravans) used as secondary residences.

"I'm sorry to take this measure - added Toti -. We have always been careful to limit individual freedoms to a minimum but since everything is closed due to the red zone, we believe we will cause limited damage to the region's economy while we lower the contagion and then not pay a higher price when we have to move towards a smoother reopening ".
