Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun held a briefing shortly after the anti-corruption policy meeting presided over by the President on the 29th, and announced measures to eradicate illegal real estate speculation.
Prime Minister Chung announced that he will double the size of the special edition to more than 1,500 people, and set up an investigation team dedicated to real estate speculation instructors at the National Prosecutors' Office to inject more than 500 prosecutors and investigators.
Prime Minister Chung also said, "The prosecution will actively conduct direct investigations within the limits permitted by law."
Prime Minister Chung explained, "We will directly investigate the case of Songchi related to corruption in real estate and the six major crimes collected by the prosecution's own intelligence."
Prime Minister Chung said, "All public officials for speculative corruption will be subject to arrest investigations and seek the highest sentence in the court," and said, "We will collect all of the criminal proceeds through confiscation and collection preservation."
