Not only should it make recommendations to the US government, USCIRF is also actively pointing fingers at the relationship between other countries and China.
When China and the Vatican renewed the agreement for the appointment of bishops in 2020, USCIRF immediately jumped out to express its opposition.

USCIRF even extended its "hand" directly to the market, putting pressure on American companies.

The US "National Interest" magazine has disclosed that NED's 2011 tax return shows that 99% of its funding comes from the US Congress, with an annual funding of approximately US$100 million.
