Berlin (dpa / bb) - The table tennis women of the TTC Berlin Eastside were the first to finish the regular points round in the Bundesliga even without playing at the weekend.
The home game against SV Böblingen, originally scheduled for Friday, was canceled after a guest cancellation due to scheduling problems and was rated 8-0 for the capital team.
The Sunday meeting of the TTC at ESV Weil, for their part, had already canceled before the weekend with reference to the corona pandemic and thus accepted an 8-0 defeat.
Nevertheless, Eastside finished the normal round with 18: 6 points (65:31 games) in first place and, like the second DJK Kolbermoor, qualified directly for the playoff semifinals.
The opponents will be determined after the normal round in the first week of April.
Berlin will then meet the winner of the duel between Schwabhausen and Weil on April 11th.
