The European Commissioner in charge of vaccines, Thierry Breton, in a speech to the RTL and Le Figaro 'Le Grand Jury' program presented spectators with a facsimile of the health certificate that this summer will have to allow citizens to resume their movements within the 'European Union.
"This is the health certificate", explained Breton, "you will find your name, date of birth, passport number, if you have been vaccinated or not and with which vaccine, regardless of whether you have been a carrier of the disease".
The certificate "will be implemented in mid-June", explained Breton, "an airline may ask you for it and, if you don't have it, you will be asked to take a test".
Herd immunity by mid-July

"Sputnik? Concentrate on serums already approved"
The European Union does not rule out the adoption of the Russian vaccine against Covid-19 Sputnik V but is currently focused on the distribution of serums already approved by the European Medicines Agency (Ema) .
This was underlined by the European commissioner in charge of vaccines, Thierry Breton, in an interview with 'Le Grand Jury', a program of RTL and Le Figaro.
"All vaccines are welcome," Breton said, "but I don't want to destabilize our production chains which are 100% focused on vaccines that are already approved. For Sputnik we will see if it is approved."
