The quarrel arose outside an apartment at Brynäs in Gävle around 1pm on Friday.
In connection with the quarrel, the glass was smashed to an apartment gate.
A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene, but the police do not want to tell what kind of serious crime the man is under arrest for, writes GD.
No person has been injured in connection with the quarrel.
