Grimmen (dpa / mv) - After an overtaking maneuver on Autobahn 20 near Grimmen in the Vorpommern-Rügen district, there was an accident involving several cars.
A driver braked so hard on Friday evening that two cars collided behind it, the police announced on Saturday.
A 33-year-old driver of another car reportedly took the crash too late and drove into it as well.
Nobody got hurt.
The cause of the accident fled in the direction of Stettin, it was said.
The property damage amounts to around 15,000 euros.
The A20 was completely closed for about three and a half hours.
