Another detail that is highlighted on Friday is that today there are hardly any positive cases among people who are 80 years or older in Kronoberg, something that the region takes as a confirmation that the vaccinations have a clear effect.
Time for 75 plus
A total of 31,067 doses of vaccine have now been distributed in Kronoberg, and from next week, people who are 75 plus can book an appointment for vaccination.
- As of Monday, people born in 1946 or earlier are invited to be vaccinated at the health centers.
They will receive a postcard with information on how to book their time, says Lena Andersson Nazzal, vaccination coordinator.
