Madagascar: Andry Rajoelina consents to the introduction of anti-Covid vaccines

In the context of a second murderous wave, the Madagascan president met with the Madagascan National Academy of Medicine on Thursday.

Andry Rajoelina finally agreed to give the green light in principle for an anti-Covid vaccination on the Big Island.

The Minister of Health has therefore officially made a request to the Vaccine Alliance for Low and Middle Income Countries, Gavi, to facilitate the Covax device.
